How we teach and what we offer
First, a brief overview of our approach:
The Courses:
General German:
This course provides comprehensive support in all areas of the German language. Reading, writing, listening and speaking are practiced step by step at every student’s individual level. Content and materials are tailored to your child’s needs. As a result, young learners not only learn how the language works, but also how to properly use it. You will immediately receive the materials and a brief summary of each lesson, if not already provided.
This course is ideal for children and teenagers who:
• who want to consolidate their German language skills
• who would like ongoing support with their studies over the medium or long term
• are preparing for a future in a German-language educational setting
• wish to receive targeted support for school requirements
The lessons build confidence in oral and written expression and establish a strong foundation for future learning.
Speaking Course:
This course focuses on active speaking and confident comprehension of the German language. Through step-by-step practice with conversations on age-appropriate topics, vocabulary building, and listening comprehension, children and teenagers can learn to communicate more fluently, confidently and spontaneously. You will receive the course materials and a brief summary of the lesson immediately after each class, if you do not already have them.
This course is particularly suitable for children and teenagers who:
• want to improve their oral expression
• want to become more confident in conversation
• want to expand their vocabulary and listening comprehension in a targeted manner
• want to communicate more easily in everyday life and at school
These lessons enable the students to speak German confidently and fluently.
Reading and Writing Course:
This course focuses on written expression and reading comprehension. We will also engage in conversation. We will read texts and book(s) together, discuss them in class and write our own texts. This approach reinforces reading proficiency, writing skills, and the ability to verbally summarize content step by step. You will receive the materials and a brief summary of the lesson immediately after each class, if not already provided.
This course is ideal for children and teenagers who:
• want to improve their reading skills
• want to write more clearly and in a more structured way
• want to practice spelling and grammar in a targeted manner
• want to understand, talk about and discuss texts
The lessons strengthen text comprehension, writing confidence and oral expression, providing a solid foundation for everyday life and further education.

- Trial Lesson: One 40-minute session — €40
- Package of Five Lessons: Five 40-minute sessions — €280
- Package of 10 lessons: 10 x 40 minutes — €550
- Package of 15 lessons: 15 x 40 minutes — €810
- Package of 20 lessons: 20 x 40 minutes — €1060
In-pair Lessons:
- Trial Lesson: One 40-minute session — €65
- Five-Lesson Package: Five 40-minute sessions — €375
- Ten-Lesson Package: Ten 40-minute sessions — €740
- Fifteen-Lesson Package: Fifteen 40-minute sessions — €1095
- Twenty-Lesson Package: Twenty 40-minute sessions — €1440
- The prices shown refer to one-on-one and partner lessons. Group courses or 60-minute sessions are also available upon request. Please contact me in order to discuss this further.
- Packages can be booked according to your needs and there won’t be automatic renewals.
- Cancellations are free of charge up to 24 hours prior to the start of the lesson. If a lesson is not canceled in time, the full amount will be charged.
- The lessons, that have been booked have to be redeemed in time:
- Five 40-minute lessons within 10 weeks
- Ten 40-minute lessons within 20 weeks
- Fifteen 40-minute lessons within 30 weeks
- Twenty 40-minute lessons within 40 weeks
- To ensure that the online lessons run smoothly your child will need a PC or laptop with a camera and microphone as well as a stable internet connection. We use the free video platform Zoom, which should be tested briefly before the first lesson.

This is feedback from a mother whose son I (Anaïs) supported in preparing for his move from Romania to Austria. Unfortunately, we had a small internet connection issue at the end of the lesson featured here. Despite that, we had a great time learning together.
